We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Mobile Plumber with multi-trade experience to operate in and around West London.
Job Role
As a Mobile Plumber, you will be responsible for providing essential plumbing services, repairs, and maintenance to domestic properties across London. In this role, you will be working on social housing projects, ensuring that tenants' properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out general plumbing repairs and installations in domestic properties.
* Diagnose and fix a range of plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and heating system faults.
* Perform other multi-trade tasks as required, such as basic carpentry, tiling, and plastering.
* Conduct maintenance in line with health and safety regulations.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
* Travel between properties using a company vehicle.
Requirements
* Proven experience in plumbing, with multi-trade skills (carpentry, tiling, plastering, etc.).
* Experience working in domestic or social housing environments is desirable.
* Full UK driving licence.
* DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check required.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
