Role: Plumber Multi Trader

Contract: Temp to Perm

Rate : £20 per hour, paid CIS. £43000 per annum 

Take home: £664 per week take home pay

Location: North London 

Working Hours per Week: 42.5

Start Date: ASAP

My client is a Tier 1 Contractor who are currently looking for Plumber Multi Traders to work in social housing properties. We are looking to recruit Plumber Multi Traders on their behalf to interview and start immediately. This role is based in and around the North London area. 

Day to day work will consist of you going into social housing properties and you will be doing general Plumber Multi Trade roles but must be able to be fully competent with plumbing as well as carpentry and being able to do a lot of multi skilled trades. Being able to work alone or as a part of a team is essential as well. You will be supplied with a company van to get to and from properties as well as a fuel card.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Full UK Driver’s Licence


• Social Housing Experience


• Must Hold Level 2 Qualifications as a minimum in Plumbing
