Plumber/Multi

Our client is a local property maintenance company that performs reactive maintenance to social housing properties and other local government properties within their domestic and commercial portfolios. They are looking to recruit a multi trader with a plumbing bias who can assist with their day to day works orders of reactive maintenance and PPM.

The key activities you will undertake in this role will be…a wide variety of carpentry and plumbing repairs in occupied homes, buildings and empty properties. The work will include; fitting of various types of doors, first and second fixing, kitchen installations, repairing minor leaks, replacing sanitary wear, ceramic wall tiling, vinyl floor tiling and non-licenced asbestos removal (where full training will be given).

Requirements

• Previous carpenter and plumbing experience (essential)
• Clean Driving License (essential)
• Hard working
• A trade specific qualification such as a NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing or Carpentry is preferred
• Reliable
• Successful recruitment is subject to a mandatory Clean DBS and Drug Test
