Plumber / Pipefitter

TXM Recruit are currently looking for Commercial Pipefitters/Plumbers to work on a permanent for a forward-thinking mechanical & electrical company based in Liverpool.
As a Pipefitter/Plumber, you will be working on a variety of projects, including schools, offices, residential properties, hospitals and plant rooms.
Salary will be starting between �37,440 - �41,600 - this will be based on working 7:30am to 16:00pm, Monday - Friday.
Duties include-

• Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste disposal in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
• Build and maintain plumbing systems
• Interpret and follow blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes and drainage systems
• Install pipes and fixtures such as sinks and toilets
• Use various tools including power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and stick welding for pipefitting tasks
• Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts pipefitting

Requirements-

• NVQ level 2-3 in plumbing or equivalent
• Must initially have own van and tools but mileage is paid
• Full current driving licence.
