Plumber required for busy client based in Greenwich

City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent. Extensive relevant experience.

Good knowledge of reactive repairs Able to carry out works to a high standard as detailed on works orders or as instructed by your supervisor/planner.

To provide customer focused reactive repairs to our residents, with a view to achieving a first fix every time, maintaining customer satisfaction at all times.

A working knowledge and understanding of reactive building maintenance is essential, maintaining a customer focused work ethic.

A good knowledge of hand held technology would be an advantage.

Full Manual Driving Licence is required.

Must have own tools.
