Plumber

Plumber needed in Reading ,Berkshire .

Monday to Friday

08.00-17.00 hrs

• To undertake heating engineering and plumbing duties including reactive repairs, servicing

of boilers and other appliances, installations, and associated works.

• To undertake the installation of new domestic/commercial heating systems in accordance

with manufacturer's instructions, industry best practice codes, practice, and legislation..

• To adhere to manufacturer's instructions when servicing, repairing or installing appliances.
• Conduct safety checks and inspections

• To undertake Fabric repairs of the building in line with the PPM schedule ensuring that work

is carried out efficiently to contract specification and client satisfaction examples: Undertake

monthly tap temperature recording and cleaning of spray heads, in line with L8 legislation.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2&3 Heating and Plumbing
• ACS Qualified CCN1 - Domestic Gas Safe
• Must hold a clean Full UK Driving Licence
