PLUMBER WITH MAIN CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A CONTRACT POSITION IN SKELMERSDALE

Job Title: Plumber  

Location: Skelmerdale, West Lancashire  

Hourly Rate: £19.29 Per hour 

• Work vehicle provided


• Fuel card

Contract length: Initially 3 months / Ongoing work.

Possibility of permanent positions

Overview for Plumber role:

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the social housing sector and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Scope of plumbing works to support with overload of works on occupied and voided properties within a social housing contractor


• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.


• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks.


• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.

Requirements for Plumber role:

•  DBS, JIB-PMES Plumbing & Mechanical Services, Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP
