Plumber

We are currently working on behalf of a large housing association who are looking for plumbers to carry out day to day repairs and maintenance within the Southampton and surrounding areas working in occupied and void properties.

I am ideally looking for someone with experience of working within social housing sector and either be timeserved or have a relevant qualification in plumbing.

This role will involve:�

• All aspects of plumbing maintenance


• Installing WC pans, showers, baths and basin�


• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues


• Repair toilet�systems and taps�


• Carrying out surrounding works such as boxing in pipe work


• Dealing with tenants on a daily basis so candidates must have a high level of customer service.�
