My client are an award winning reactive maintainance company and are seeking a skilled Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join their team. As a Heating Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating systems in domestic homes and businesses as well as other plumbing duties as required.�
Duties- Install, maintain, and repair heating systems, including, heat pumps, boilers and radiators
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance to identify any potential issues or malfunctions
- Diagnose heating system problems and provide effective solutions
- Repair or replace faulty components or parts
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within specified timelines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Heating Engineer or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of heating systems
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Knowledge of welding, carpentry, and plumbing is a plus
