PMO Analyst

PMO Analyst - £50,000-£60,000 - Hybrid/London

A leading insurer in the London Market seeks a PMO Analyst to support various activities within their Legal and Compliance department, with a focus on high-risk and high-value sectors.

As a PMO Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving transformative initiatives across the global Legal & Compliance function. Your responsibilities will include streamlining processes, adopting technology, and demonstrating the company's value to stakeholders. From guiding transformation initiatives to advocating for best practices, you'll contribute significantly to shaping the organization's future.

This role offers a 12-month fixed-term contract, with two days per week based in the London office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Legal & Compliance function in various transformation projects
• Utilize project management skills to streamline processes and integrate technologies, enhancing service quality, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency
• Guide team members to success in innovation endeavors by ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives
• Keep stakeholders informed on project progress, risks, and costs, and collaborate with external vendors to optimize cost-effectiveness

Experience/Skills Required:

• Demonstrated project management expertise with proficiency in techniques and tools
• Proven track record in facilitating transformation and operational change projects
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, adept at managing diverse workloads and adapting to shifting priorities
• Experience working in or with legal or compliance functions would be highly advantageous
