Role Title: PMO Manager

Location: Hybrid - 3 days in Sheffield

Rate: £450 - Umbrella only

  • Customer facing

  • Delivery assurance

  • Managed a project portfolio/background of running small portfolio
  • \n
  • Not delivering a project, sitting above PM and collate this info
  • \n
  • Ask the tough questions
  • \n
  • Flag and manage risks issues, blockers
  • \n
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills (VB / Macros experience)
  • \n

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyse project data, including performance metrics, financial data, and resource utilization.
  • \n
  • Report Generation: Expertise in creating detailed and high-quality reports that provide insights into project status, performance, and outcomes.
  • \n
  • Dashboard Development: Proficiency in using reporting tools and software (e.g., Power BI) to create interactive and visual dashboards for stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, understanding their needs and presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
  • \n
  • Presentation Skills: Skilled in presenting complex data and insights in an easily understandable way, tailored to different audiences.
  • \n
  • Documentation: Proficiency in documenting processes, methodologies, and project statuses in a clear and structured format.
  • \n
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
  • \n
  • Change Management: Skills in managing change within the organization, including the adoption of new tools and processes for reporting and project management.
