Position: PMO Support

Location: Warwick (2 - 3 days per week on site)

Duration: Initial 6 months (potential for temp to perm)

Salary: �33,600 per annum + additional benefits!

Why this role exists

As PMO Support within our high-profile clients Procurement team, you will play a crucial role in keeping their readiness programme on track. You will be responsible for gathering updates, coordinating plans, and ensuring leadership has the insights they need to drive success.

What you will be doing

  • Bringing together Category Managers' plans into a single, coordinated strategy
  • Working closely with the PMO Lead to define and implement best practices
  • Scheduling meetings to track progress, resolve blockers, and escalate concerns where necessary
  • Acting as the administrator for the readiness programme, keeping plans up to date
  • Creating reports and dashboards to share progress with leadership
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving efficiency
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve procurement-related issues

What we are looking for

  • Strong organisational skills - ability to keep track of multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills - confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools - experience with milestone tracking and dashboards is a plus
  • Problem-solving mindset - ability to identify risks and clearly articulate issues to leadership
  • Procurement knowledge (desirable but not essential) - understanding procurement processes would be beneficial.
