Podiatrist - General Routine Care

Mediplacements is currently seeking a Band 6 Podiatrist for a general routine care locum role in Dudley.\n\nThe pay for this position is £25-£30 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration. \n\nA minimum skill set for both would be:\n\n\nNail Care\n Debridement / Scalpel Technique / Enucleation\n Diabetic Foot Risk Assessment \nRecognise Deteriorating Patient and Escalate \n Referrals to MDT/Alternative services\n Diagnosis & Differential Diagnosis\n Foot Health Promotion & Education \n Footwear Advice\n Neurovascular Assessment\n Baseline MSK Assessment \n Prescribe & Issue Insoles / Orthotics\n Recognising Red Flags & Actioning\n Baseline Wound Care \nSafety Netting Patients \nHolistic Assessment & Advice\n Understanding & Assessing Mental Capacity\n\nThe successful candidate will be HCPC registered and have experience in providing general routine care.\n\nIf you're passionate about providing exceptional patient care and have the necessary qualifications and experience, we would love to hear from you.
