We want to talk to you!Join our community.In this Change Portfolio role you will be responsible for providing a support and control function for all change projects across COO (Chief Operations Office) & T&D (Technology and Data), ensuring all governance, processes and audit requirements are adhered to and assisting the leadership team with a range of governance requests. The holder of this role must be comfortable supporting senior stakeholders with queries as well as challenging business cases, financial plans and benefit realisation. This role is heavily people-facing across all domains and several senior stakeholders.The Portfolio Manager will work in a small dynamic team - albeit one that acts as the ‘go to’ for numerous short-timeline activities relating to the Change Portfolio. The difference you’ll make:•    Managing the progression of the change portfolio, including monthly project reporting and accruals processes•    Understanding financial processes within the bank to guide IO's and create financial reports•    Gaining approval for investment and tracking benefit and OKR delivery.•    Delivering accurate and detail-oriented reports to senior stakeholders•    Reporting and escalating any risks, actions, issues and dependencies to delivery or funding in a timely manner•    Providing support on governance and financial processes to Senior Stakeholders in a proficient setting whilst monitoring standards for project governance across T&DWhat you’ll bring:•    Comfortable producing, manipulating and reporting information from complex data sets for senior stakeholders•    Willingness to take initiative: be proactive and flexible on solving conflicts•    Communicate ‘asks’ clearly to both senior colleagues and peers•    Be comfortable questioning senior colleagues and peers using proven people management and influencing skills•    Be effective in a team environment and be willing to contribute to collective targets, collaborating with IT Business Unit colleagues to achieve successful delivery of projects or evolution of projects•    Have strong organisation and planning skills to manage multiple projects so that deadlines are met to deal calmly with situations under pressure, clarify priorities and manage the challenges associated with working in a dynamic environmentIt would also be nice for you to have:•    Adept at analysis and financial skills•    Experienced with Planview, Excel and PowerPoint•    Willing to learn and experiment with new ways of working•    Awareness of the COO, digital and T&D portfoliosWhat else you need to know:We want our people to thrive at work and home, and we recognise that many people benefit from flexible arrangements.
