Portfolio Manager – Head of Change Portfolio – PMO – Programme ManagementWe are seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead a comprehensive programme of business and client-focused transformations in the Asset and Wealth Management sector.Key Responsibilities:Manage internal and external stakeholders, including the board of directors, clients, and the internal change delivery service function.Oversee a vast portfolio of change, ensuring all programmes meet the client’s exacting standards.Run the change portfolio, covering budgets, authorisations, supplier management, SOW creation, and reporting to the board on critical programmes related to client onboarding and re-platforming.Role Details:Initially a standalone role with no direct reports, but you will oversee a matrix services team of 60.The plan includes building out the team with two additional hires, likely with a PMO skill set, to support the Portfolio Manager.Immediate focus on the stabilisation and optimisation programme, re-platforming, and progressing towards the new Target Operating Model (TOM), with subsequent presentations to the board.Requirements:Background in wealth and asset management.Experience working within transfer agency or with a custodian is also acceptable.Benefits:Hybrid working model.Opportunity to gain executive and board-level buy-in for the change portfolio.Oversight of significant change programmes.If you meet these qualifications and are ready to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
