Portfolio Manager

We are working on behalf of a global Real Estate Investment Manager who are looking to recruit a Residential Portfolio Asset Manager to join their team based in Central London. This team strategically and proactively manages UK residential portfolios (predominately BTR assets).Reporting into the Director of Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for optimising the growth of the portfolio by analysing the asset performance via portfolio analysis and financial modelling, assess market trends, regular reporting and development of strategies to maximise financial returns of the residential Real Estate investments. You will also work closely with the executive team to make informed decisions that will drive portfolio growth and profitability.Portfolio Asset Management requirements:Degree or master’s in Real Estate, Finance, Economics (or similar).Strong analytical and excel financial modelling skills.Proven experience in the residential Real Estate industry (either in portfolio management or an analytical role).Strong knowledge of the UK residential and/or the BTR market.Strong communication and written skills.Detail orientated and ability to problem solve and make decisions.Salary - £80,000 - £90,000 per annum plus benefits and discretionary bonus.Office is based in Central London (4 days a week in the office).If this opportunity is of interest and you have the experience required, please apply online with your updated CV.
