You will identify growth opportunities within existing categories and explore new 'white space' categories and channels. Your role will also involve managing relationships with key branded partners, ensuring alignment and fostering collaborative growth.Manage and optimise the product assortment to maximise distribution and sales.Maintain and develop relationships with branded partners.Proactively research and scope potential new branded partners.Collaborate with partners on NPD programmes for product launches.Generate new product offerings based on market intelligence.Develop NPD sell documents for the Sales team.Own the trade marketing content and strategy.Work with the Sales team to optimise trade marketing investment.Build and maintain a Trade Marketing toolkit.Manage the category database and provide periodic market intelligence reports.Use data to build business cases for product portfolio and NPD.Provide strategic direction on key product areas.Passionate about driving business growth through insight, NPD, and branding.You:Proven experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, brand management or category marketing within the food and beverage industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.Flexibility to travel to the West Midlands office twice a month.A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for marketing.
