Location: Washington, Tyne and Wear

Salary: £20 - £40 per Hour

GSL Education are recruiting a dedicated Math Tutor to provide extra support to Post 16 students in Washington, Tyne and Wear. This role involves delivering tailored tuition sessions to help students improve their mathematical skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective maths curriculum suitable for post-16 students.
• Deliver one-to-one or small group tuition sessions to Post 16 students.
• Prepare students for A-level maths exams and support their progression to higher education.
• Assess student progress, identify areas of need, and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Encourage a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

• A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience in maths.
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching maths.
• Strong organizational and communicative abilities.
