We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sprayer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our standards. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as a solid understanding of mechanical processes involved in the spraying and finishing of products.

Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.


• Operate spray equipment to apply paint and coatings evenly and efficiently.


• Assemble components and fabricate parts as required for the spraying process.


• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining safety standards.


• Perform routine maintenance on spraying equipment and report any malfunctions or issues.
