Impact Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a an established manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes. They are looking to recruit for a Powder Coater to join them ASAP!

Role: Powder Coater

\n

Location: Milton Keynes

\n

Shift: Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm, Friday finish at 4pm

\n

Pay Rate: £12.55 an hour

\n

Duties:

\n

\n
• Set and operate the Powder Coating plant with precision and care.
\n
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
\n
• Control and adjust machine settings to maintain production rates and quality.
\n
• Follow safe working practices and standard operating procedures.
\n
• Challenge non-conformances and support the introduction of effective countermeasures.
\n
• Perform basic preventative maintenance to maximize line availability.
\n
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
\n
• Accurately document results and process-critical information for data analysis.
\n

The ideal candidate must:

\n
• Proven background as a Powder Coating line or Paint Shop Operator.
\n
• Strong understanding of Powder Coating procedures and practices.
\n
• Excellent powder coating abilities with attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to adapt to change and varying situations.
\n
• Strong communication and data entry skills.
\n
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
\n
• Team player with a positive attitude.
\n
• Physically fit with stamina and strength.
\n
• Honest, respectful, and demonstrates sound work ethics.
\n
