They are looking to hire a Power BI Reporting Analyst to work with the Business Solutions team in improving ideas and reporting requirements.
They are offering a salary of up to £55,000, on a fully remote basis, though there may be annual travel to offices based in the UK and Denmark.

Responsibilities
\n- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear insights into business performance.
\n- Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources, including SQL databases, Excel, and cloud services.
\n- Collaborate with business units to define reporting needs and ensure the delivery of actionable insights.
\n- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and scalability.
\n- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and data quality across all reporting systems.
\n- Provide support and troubleshooting for reporting systems and address any issues that arise.
\n- Create ad-hoc reports and provide insights to help drive business decisions.
\n- Write training manuals and technical documentation.
\n- For ensuring the health and safety of yourself and others in your work environment
\n- Any other tasks as required by management

The Candidate
\n- Proficiency in Power BI, including report development, data modelling, and DAX functions.
\n- Strong understanding of data sources, such as SQL databases, Azure Data Lake, Excel, APIs, and cloud services.
\n- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and analysis from multiple sources.
\n- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing principles.
\n- Solid skills in data visualization and experience delivering impactful insights to stakeholders.
\n- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure data integrity.
\n- Proficiency in SQL and experience writing complex queries.
\n- Knowledge of data governance practices and best practices in data management.
\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\n- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
\n- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
\n- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary
The client is offering a salary of up to £55,000, including benefits:
