We're supporting a global organisation in their search for a Power Platform Developer to join a dynamic team and play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform-including Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.

Main Accountabilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power Platform solutions to meet evolving business needs.

• Collaborate with users to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Ensure best practices, security, and governance standards are upheld throughout the application lifecycle.

• Contribute to governance frameworks and Power Platform standards aligned with enterprise architecture principles.

• Provide training and documentation to support users and teams.

• Share knowledge and foster a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Power Apps Developer, with both Canvas and Model Driven apps.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, Power Pages, and Microsoft Dynamics.

• Strong foundation in software development and business analysis.

• Experience designing and implementing efficient workflows using Power Automate.

• Skilled in delivering AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).

• Proficient in integrating Power Platform components.

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL.

• Experience configuring custom connector APIs.

• Knowledge of HTML, Python, C#, and JavaScript for advanced functionality.

• Comfortable working independently and in Agile development environments.

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400) or equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with other modern development languages and Power Platform licensing is a plus.
