We're supporting a global organisation in their search for a Power Platform Developer to join a dynamic team and play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform-including Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.

\nMain Accountabilities:\n

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power Platform solutions to meet evolving business needs.
\n

  Collaborate with users to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• \n

  Ensure best practices, security, and governance standards are upheld throughout the application lifecycle.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Contribute to governance frameworks and Power Platform standards aligned with enterprise architecture principles.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Provide training and documentation to support users and teams.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Share knowledge and foster a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

\n

\nKnowledge, Experience, and Skills:\n

\n
• \n

  Proven experience as a Power Apps Developer, with both Canvas and Model Driven apps.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Familiarity with Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, Power Pages, and Microsoft Dynamics.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Strong foundation in software development and business analysis.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Experience designing and implementing efficient workflows using Power Automate.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Skilled in delivering AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).

  \n
\n
• \n

  Proficient in integrating Power Platform components.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Solid understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Experience configuring custom connector APIs.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Knowledge of HTML, Python, C#, and JavaScript for advanced functionality.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Comfortable working independently and in Agile development environments.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400) or equivalent experience.

\n
• \n

  Familiarity with other modern development languages and Power Platform licensing is a plus.
