Power Platform Solutions Manager - Glasgow - £120,000+

A major company based in Glasgow is seeking a Power Platform Solutions Manager / Power Platform Architect with expert experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, leadership, and architecture.

Join a global firm, based out of the Glasgow office, and work on innovative solutions that drive real business impact. With a hybrid working model, you'll enjoy the flexibility to balance remote and some in-office collaboration. I'm seeking a Power Platform Leader to design, develop, and build solutions and drive a new team forward.

Skill required:

• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform development and solution design, leading teams & building cutting-edge solutions
• Architecture and design experience
• Excellent experience in managing Software Developers / Engineers
• Expert knowledge of Power Platforms & Automated applications
• Strong project management skills & familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• SharePoint expertise, including custom workflows, JSOM, CSOM, JavaScript, and branding.
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud integration.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable applications, integrate with SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party services, and contribute to high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on solution architecture, best practices, and performance optimisation.
• Design, develop, and implement applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Set the technical direction and ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business needs.
• Leading a team of software engineers who will be tasked with developing Microsoft PowerAppssolutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Power Platform updates and advancements and share the knowledge with business stakeholders and engineers to modernise solutions.
• Develop scalable, maintainable solution architectures.
• Optimise code to meet performance requirements.
• Develop solutions that integrate with other applications and APIs.
• Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Power Platform updates and advancements.
• Work with Azure services to enhance Power Platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions fit within infrastructure requirements.
• Deliver user training and workshops to support adoption.
• Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform development.
