Responsibilities of a PPA Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS1 and KS2, following pre-set plans.
• Adapt to different classes and year groups with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Maintain strong classroom management to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with staff to support students' learning and progress.
• Provide high-quality teaching while ensuring continuity in pupils' education.

What We're Looking For in a PPA Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential for this role.
• Previous experience working across KS1 and KS2 preferred.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching styles.
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and able to build rapport with students and staff.
