With the recent development of our Digital Centre of Excellence, were expanding our digital team to work across our range of brands, including DFS, Sofology, and our Home categories.

As a PPC Executive, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering our Paid Search strategy. Your efforts will help us meet pre-agreed KPIs, optimise our accounts, and ensure our campaigns set a best-in-class standard across all our brands. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about data-driven marketing and eager to make a measurable impact on a high-performing digital team.
This is a hybrid opportunity role, with 3 days based at our Doncaster Support Centre and 2 days at home.

What you'll be doing
Lead the way on executing PPC work across DFS UK, DFS ROI, and Home, while offering support and sharing insights for Sofology as needed.
Own the optimisation of paid search campaigns, exploring new opportunities, running A/B testing plans, and maximising return on investment in line with channel KPIs.
Take charge of building, maintaining, and optimising PPC campaigns, always working towards category-specific ROAS targets and KPIs.
Drive results by continually developing A/B testing strategies, focusing on ad copy, landing pages, images, and more to boost CTR and conversion rates.
Be proactive in finding new keyword opportunities, using various tools and methods to stay ahead of the game.
Monitor and refine bidding strategies, ensuring were hitting targets for profit, ROAS, and ROI.
Work collaboratively with the Paid Search Team and external agencies to smash digital KPIs, swiftly addressing and resolving any performance challenges.
Take ownership of your work, ensuring every action is of the highest quality, error-free, and fully aligned with our standards.
Stay on top of reporting, highlighting any performance changes to the PPC Manager and the wider team to keep everyone in the loop.
Conduct keyword research and testing to uncover insights and drive performance, providing detailed analysis on our Paid Search activity to support other areas of the business.
Engage with media platforms like Google and Microsoft, staying ahead of the curve by exploring new tools and products that can boost our group's performance and build our capabilities.

Expert-level PPC knowledge youve got a deep understanding of paid search and know how to leverage it for maximum impact.
Customer-first mindset you understand the full customer journey and how digital plays a key role in shaping omni-channel shopping behaviours.
Proactive and innovative always ready to bring fresh ideas to the table and push boundaries.
Confident communicator comfortable representing the business and PPC function in both internal and external meetings.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
Familiarity with Search Ads 360 and Google Analytics is a big plus.
Excel/Google Sheets comfortable working with large data sets and turning numbers into actionable insights.
Experience with Google Shopping and optimising product listings is highly desirable.
