Committed to enhancing urban living, their mission is to create vibrant, sustainable cities that enrich everyday life for all /p p strong The nature of the role /strong involves developing and implementing communications and stakeholder engagement strategies for the company, it's projects, and it's team members. The PR and Communications Manager will work closely with senior managers across various departments (such as Retail, Office and Residential Asset Management, Marketing, Events, and Development) to create a content programme that aligns with company values, promotes business and project objectives, and enhances public visibility in the media and among key external stakeholders, while consistently maintaining the organisation’s reputation. /p p The PR & Communications Manager reports to the Head of Communications, who in turn reports to the Marketing & Communications Director. /p p strong What you will deliver /strong /p ul li Collaborate with the Head of Communications to develop and implement strategies that enhance investor, visitor, occupier, and resident awareness, building the brand and project visibility. /li li Ensure that key project milestones are effectively communicated through both owned and earned channels. /li li Manage daily media enquiries and interview requests. /li li Oversee reactive and crisis media protocols, with availability outside normal working hours if required. /li li Lead the creation of content for PR and communications campaigns, including project campaigns across websites, social media, conferences/events, press releases, and industry articles. /li li Work alongside marketing and events teams to support PR and communications for marketing campaigns. /li li Develop insight and trend research strategies with external communications agencies for use in thought leadership and campaigns. /li li Advise senior executives on appropriate speaking opportunities and platforms, while attending and monitoring major industry events. /li li Develop and execute a stakeholder engagement plan for senior leadership. /li li Build and maintain relationships with key external audiences, including government officials and local authorities. /li li Collaborate with Senior Marketing Managers and social media agencies to manage issues on various channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. /li li Coordinate the delivery of award submissions for the company and its projects. /li li Gather, analyse, and report data from communication campaigns, using insights to refine future approaches. /li li Create various communications materials, including plans, content/articles, speeches, presentations, newsletters, press releases, and briefing materials. /li li Ensure senior leaders are effectively leveraged internally and externally to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and employee engagement. /li li Work with the Head of Communications to manage relevant budgets. /li li Maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate communication records. /li li Adapt and develop in the role as the business evolves. /li /ul p strong Skills and Attributes /strong /p ul li Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role /li li Educated to degree level /li li Excellent project management skills /li li Proven experience in managing communications and public affairs campaigns /li li Strong understanding of the media environment with the ability to write and edit clear and concise copy /li li Solid grasp of communications and public relations principles /li li Creative and innovative approach /li li Strong understanding and passion for media and public affairs /li li Proactive and self-motivated /li /ul p note; due to the volume of applications you will only be contacted if you are suitable for the role /p
