We are looking for a PR & Content Coordinator to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs on a fixed term on fixed-term basis for 12 months. We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 2 days from home and 3 days on site.
You will work closely with the Communications Manager, Head of Corporate Communications and wider marketing team to deliver a range of multi-media content across Frontiers external channels.
You will help to deliver activity as part of the business overall corporate communications plan and will be responsible for the implementation of external communications that support specific marketing campaigns, for example raising the profile of Frontiers people, technical expertise and wide range of products and services including: seed, crop nutrition and protection, agronomy, precision farming technologies and grain trading.

About You
Experience in a similar marketing and/or communications role; writing/editing content and producing communications materials
A first-class command of English and the ability to write and edit concise, effective copy for different audiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experience of content management creation and delivery via CMS platforms and social media channels
Experience of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or other video/design editing software would be advantageous
Experience in agriculture is not essential, but the candidate should be passionate about learning about the sector and the future of food and farming.

Close collaboration with the wider marketing team to deliver multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns aligned to clear goals and objectives

Writing inspiring editorial content to help tell Frontiers story, working closely with the business senior teams, technical and subject matter experts to create blogs, news stories, magazine columns and press releases
Helping to elevate Frontiers online presence by maintaining company website content, supporting Frontiers digital-first ethos and important foundation for all communications activity
Supporting some in-house video and photo capture as well as commissioning professional photography and videography
Supporting with event PR and external promotion
Other communications projects as required by the business.
