As the PR, Internal Comms & Employer Branding Manager at Lyca Mobile, you will work with the CMO, Corporate Office and Country Managers to drive the company s messaging both internally and externally. It comes at an exciting time for Lyca, as we launch new products and services across the Group. This will be a new role for the business, so you will have the opportunity to stamp your mark on the strategies, processes and roll-out plans, with the support of our marketing and HR teams. The successful candidate will need to be a creative generalist, turning their hand to a wide variety of tasks, whilst also being able to take the lead on specific projects. Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies or partners to drive brand awareness and employee engagement will be key, as will managing processes (such as project sign offs, the approval of assets and payments of 3rd party vendors) to ensure activity happens on time and to expectations. Key Tasks Work with our Head of Brand & Comms and our external PR agency to generate unique and compelling stories that secure high quality, positive press coverage Manage external-facing assets such as our corporate website, while working with the social media teams to keep our LinkedIn profiles up to date with captivating content Manage the dissemination of information across our internal channels as required Bring our company s story and its culture to life, positioning Lyca as a great place for people to work Liaise with people across the business to surface great stories that can motivate staff and promote career opportunities at Lyca Build a content calendar and disseminate information across relevant online / social channels in a way that will capture attention Work with our social media teams to create a voice for employer branding within our social strategies Help us monitor, build and manage our reputation online across channels such as Glassdoor Help us to attract and retain talent Ensure all copy is accurate, proofed and ready for delivery or posting Monitor market trends, best practices and competitor activity, recommending new activities that ensure we have the most compelling engagement strategies in place Experience required: 3-5 years experience in a similar role BA in PR, marketing, journalism, English or related field Proven storytelling capabilities and experience of crafting brand narratives Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and general communication skills A flair for words, but also a stickler for detail Excellent time management, project management, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders, projects and priorities simultaneously Collaborative team player with a can-do attitude, used to working in a fast-paced, agile environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements Experience of managing designers and other creatives Fluency in English.
