PR Senior Account Director - £40-60K Perm Windsor (Hybrid)
PR Senior Account Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the public image and enhancing brand reputation, of the agency and our hospitality clients .
You'll lead a dynamic team, develop comprehensive strategies, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including media, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadershi p: Develop and implement a PR & Communications strategy that aligns with business objectives
Media Relation s: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers to secure favourable coverage
Crisis Communicatio n: Lead the development and execution of crisis communication plans
Team Managemen t: Mentor and develop PR & Communications team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration
Campaign Developmen t: Oversee the planning and execution of PR campaigns, events, and community engagement initiatives
Content Creatio n: Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling press materials and messagin g.
Stakeholder Engagemen t: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align communication initiatives
