Pre-Construction Manager / Building Services Manager Required

True are working in partnership with a Principal Contractor who specialise in aiding Local Authorities in their mission to decarbonise Schools, Universities & Colleges across the UK & Ireland, covering everything from M&E through to fabric. Over the past few years, the company has experienced substantial growth, more than doubling its turnover.

We are looking for an M&E / Mechanical Pre-Construction Manager / Building Services Manager�to oversee the proposals process. This role involves acting as the main point of contact for clients from the initial concept through to operations handover, managing feasibility and concept stages, and introducing clients to relevant team members, including Estimation & M&E detailed design.

The business has successfully opened 4 new offices this year, a statement of their intent to grow. This role will head Pre-Construction for the Belfast office, with the responsibility to continue the teams growth whilst managing high profile clients.

This position would suit a current Pre-Construction Manager, Building Services Manager,�Contracts Manager, or Project Development Manager with a strong M&E background.

Pre-Construction Manager / Building Services Manager Package:

�65,000 - �85,000 Base Salary
