They collaborate with leading developers, occupiers, retailers, and logistics businesses delivering projects such as industrial warehouses, distribution centres, logistics facilities, pharmaceutical and life sciences research facilities, data centres, commercial offices and retail spaces.Role Overview: As an M & E Preconstruction Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of building services during the pre-construction phase.Key Responsibilities:Setting and securing work-winning strategies for Mechanical & Electrical package tenders of values £4m - £40mEnsuring compliance with Company Group and Sector Specific Procedures and Policies.Maintaining high standards in bid accuracy, risk assessment, and supply chain selection.Collaborating with Pre-construction and work-winning teams to develop winning strategies.Reviewing tender documents, identifying risks, and establishing mitigation measures.Conducting buildability and program reviews.Assisting estimators in understanding BWIC requirements.Producing accurate and optimized estimates aligned with bid strategy.Building strong relationships with Supply Chain, Pre-construction, and Operational teams.Leading the production of the M&E tender phase and facilitating its transition to the operations team.Qualifications and Experience:Comprehensive experience in delivering large-value MEPH projectsRecognised higher level Mechanical or Electrical qualificationAbility to read and interpret tender drawings and specificationsOffer:Competitive salary and benefits which include 25 days of annual leave, loyalty scheme, pension, wellbeing support and moreOpportunities for professional development and career progression.A supportive and collaborative working environment.The chance to work on high-profile projects with a leading construction company.How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced M&E Pre-Construction Manager looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.
