I am recruiting for a Pre-construction Manager to join a client of mine in the Derby area they are a Tier1 main contractor who specialise in Dfe, MOD HMP AND MOJ projects. The company are rapidly expanding and have some extremely high-end projects coming up.

Role and responsibilities:

• Overseeing the pre-construction team


• Reporting into the Pre- Construction Director


• Organize, oversee, and facilitate pre-bid and bid meetings.


• Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live


• Facilitate post-bid and scope evaluation meetings.

Requirements:

• Experience working for a main contractor


• Experience on Education, MOD, HMP, MOJ projects


• Construction background as a Pre-construction Manager


• Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages


• The role involves traveling

Salary and benefits:

• Salary up to �90,000 this will be based on experience.


• Company car or car allowance
