This role focuses on analysing existing clients’ – their needs and problems, designing solutions, and identifying opportunities to grow PGI’s value to them.What you’ll be doing:• Contribute to setting the strategic direction for PGI’s Key Clients by consulting, advising, shaping, and designing human/technical interventions at a senior, expert level.• Integrate with clients to understand their challenges and design tailored solutions.• Identify and design solutions that meet client requirements, ensuring clarity in presenting roadmaps and outcomes.• Collaborate with subject matter experts to blend PGI services for holistic solution design.• Lead clients and account managers to uncover service opportunities and evolve offerings.• Support sales and account managers in designing client solutions, including requirements gathering and proposal writing.• Identify market opportunities and guide clients in leveraging PGI’s services.• Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop product collateral showcasing successful solutions.• Maintain awareness of industry standards and certifications to influence compliance and alignment.• Mentor delivery staff ion solution architecture, client management, and pre-sales processes.• Contribute to growing client relationships through a deep understanding of PGI’s capabilities and unique selling points.• Own how PGI strategically engages/approaches client types to measure, design or remediate risks to pragmatically improve digital security or investigations capability.On day one you will bring:• Extensive experience in digital security consulting, solution design, and client advisory roles.• Proven expertise in managing relationships and leading client engagements.• Strong commercial understanding of corporate and public sector markets.• Experience in pre-sales, scoping requirements, and delivering client-facing engagements.• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO/IEC 27000 series, PCI standards, NIST CSF, DORA, GDPR/DPA, and the Online Safety Bill.• Experience in conducting risk assessments and forming risk management policies.• Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) or similar.• Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)Key focus areas:• Analyse client needs and design tailored solutions.• Identify opportunities to grow PGI’s value to new and existing client relationships.• Strengthen pre-sales and solution architecture capabilities.• Enhance market engagement and competitive positioning.DiversityWe're a British company that gets to work on a global scale.
