Location: Uxbridge
Salary: up to £75,000 per annum
Are you experienced within Preconstruction and are looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead the planning and preparation of construction projects.
Role overview:

• Develop project budgets and schedules

• Conduct feasibility assessments and site visits
\n
• Work closely with design teams to resolve issues
\n
• Manage procurement, contracts, and risk mitigation
\n
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure project success
\n

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in residential construction, project management, or quantity surveying
\n
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and procurement skills
\n
• Familiarity with building regulations and planning policies
\n
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
\n
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asta Powerproject, Procore, Primavera, MS Project)
\n
