Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for a long-term teaching role in a supportive primary school? We are offering full-time, long-term placements in Ealing, starting on April 22nd.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and develop strong teaching skills. Student teachers nearing the completion of their training are also welcome to apply!
Role and Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national primary curriculum
Support pupils' academic and personal development across various subjects
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Implement effective behaviour management strategies
Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching methods accordingly
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and support staff to enhance student learning
Must have QTS or be working towards completing ECT induction
A DBS check on the update service (or willingness to pay for one)
Flexibility to teach across different primary year groups
Ability to provide a university reference and two previous work/volunteering references
