• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or working towards gaining QTS.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to adapt and differentiate teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn and grow as an educator.
