This role has high expectations as Primary schools have higher expectations than Secondary when it comes to EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS
MUST HAVE:
3+ MONTHS experience working in a UK PRIMARY SCHOOL with 10+ students AT ONE TIME (preferably Classroom experience)
Must hold anEducation/Children related Qualification Lv 3 NVQ (or equivalent), Undergraduate, College degree, TEFL, HLTA qualification, Forest School training, Activity Leader; (will consider Lv2 or above with abundant experience).

We're seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team, supporting fantastic Primary schools across Kent. If you are an Activity Leader, HLTA, TEFL teacher or someone with experience managing a full classroom we are looking for YOU!
No prior teaching experience? No problem!
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a vital role, ensuring a smooth and positive learning environment when teachers are away. You'll work closely with prepared lesson plans, keeping young minds engaged and fostering a love for discovery.
As a Cover Supervisor in Primary Schools, you will be expected to run and/or Supervise a full classroom of children having a good understanding of behaviour management and supporting children achieve what is set by the curriculum and the class teacher.working under the guidance of the Principal and teaching staff in collaboration you will be expected to plan and deliver high quality, challenging and motivating learning experiences. You will be able to establish strong working relationships with staff and students alike, be able to work as part of a team and will be reliable and excellent communicator.
