• Follow lesson plans provided by the regular class teacher or create engaging lessons when necessary.


• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.


• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and conducive learning atmosphere.


• Collaborate with school staff to support the academic and social development of pupils.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Proven experience teaching across all primary year groups.


• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to new environments swiftly.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.


• Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle, as the role requires travel between different schools within Sandwell.


• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
