Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support students' academic and social development.
• Utilse technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and provide regular feedback.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of primary education curriculum and teaching best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification.
• Previous experience teaching at the primary school level preferred.
