Job Description:

A Catholic primary school in Balham is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Part-Time Class Teacher for a job share position. This role covers 3 days per week, Monday to Wednesday, with an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching as part of a job share arrangement.
• Collaborate with the co-teacher to ensure consistency in lesson planning and pupil progress.
• Provide a nurturing and supportive environment that aligns with the school's Catholic ethos.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and carers.
• Take responsibility for assessment and reporting on student progress.
• Contribute to the wider school community, including attending meetings and professional development as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in primary education.
• Ability to work effectively within a job share arrangement.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to the Catholic ethos and values of the school.
• Ability to start immediately and work 3 days per week.
