Primary SENDCo

Permanent Position for the right candidate

Start Date: 22nd August 2024 or asap

Salary: MPS/UPS/Leadership Scale (Dependent on Experience)
Hours: Full Time /Part time

Our client school is seeking to appoint an experienced and committed SENDco to work in partnership with the rest of the staff to develop and maintain established pathways that ensure children reach their individual potential by working with their families and professionals.

The school would like someone with excellent interpersonal skills, that is able to motivate others and has a commitment to maintain high standards of achievement for all pupils, recognising individuals whilst embracing equality and diversity.

You will need :

Primary QTS (MPS or UPS)

  • To be familiar and confident in using the SEN Code of Practice and able to support colleagues and families.
  • To be willing to attend, from time to time, training courses, conferences, seminars or other meetings as required by his/her own training needs and the needs of the school.
  • National Qualification for SENDCO
