Are you a dedicated and adaptable teacher eager to inspire and support young learners?

We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to join the team on a flexible basis, providing invaluable support to schools and students in Swaffham. At these schools, we strive to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity, exploration, and academic achievement. As a supply teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping students' educational experiences while building your skills in diverse classroom settings.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities in an engaging and supportive manner.
  • Establishing a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.
  • Supporting students' academic and social development in the absence of the regular class teacher.
  • Collaborating with school staff to ensure a seamless transition during temporary assignments.

Requirements:


  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum including Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2)
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
