Primary Teacher

M1 – M6

September 2024 – July 2025

A ‘school of choice’ with great levels of staff retention are (unusually) seeking two Primary Teachers to cover 1 Year Maternity contracts from September 2024 ( Year groups to be confirmed, but are more likely to be anywhere  from Reception-Year 4)

What’s on offer at this school?

  • ‘Happy’ working environment, with a supportive and respectful team
  • Realistic and empathetic SLT who are also partially class-based (for example, the Headteacher teaches on a Friday)
  • A school that listens. The Headteacher is very pro-active in taking notice of staff feedback, specifically with regards to workload reduction
  • Children are great! Have a wonderful attitude in wanting to learn and be enriched!
  • Proactive Headteacher. Always looking at improving the school offering in terms of curriculum enrichment, PPA offering, staff well-being
  • PPA time is taken alongside your partner teacher, with planning being a shared responsibility
  • Weekly meetings on a Wednesday
