Primary Teacher Vacancy - October 2024 Start

Vision for Education, a Welsh government-approved agency based in Cardiff, is actively seeking newly and fully qualified primary teacher for both day-to-day and longer-term supply roles.

We collaborate closely with numerous primary schools across Cardiff, Newport, and the Vale, creating a high demand for qualified primary teachers to fill these roles!

If you are a qualified primary teacher seeking either day-to-day or longer-term supply roles, we would love to hear from you! We have a variety of positions available, from the foundation phase to upper KS2. You will also have the opportunity to be considered for permanent positions within the school once you have demonstrated your hard work, consistency, and excellent teaching abilities.

Requirements:

• Must hold QTS in the UK
• Availability for part-time or full-time work
• Ability to drive (preferred, not essential)
• Passion and desire to deliver lessons/practices adhering to the National Curriculum Guidelines
• Effective classroom management to accommodate a variety of learning behaviours
• Ability to mark and plan effectively
• Positive approach towards aiding the learning and development of young children
• Innovative and motivating to engage primary age pupils within their learning
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one (support available through Vision)
• Registered or willing to register with the EWC (support available through Vision)
