Education Supply Pool is a PAYE Employer recruiting Primary Teachers on the behalf of schools based within Risca and its surrounding areas. Education Supply Pool are after a Primary Teacher who have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education who are a qualified Primary Teacher. This will be to support any day to day, short-term and long-term positions on supply. Joining supply is also a great opportunity to get experience within different school settings to expand your Primary Teacher experience at a flexible schedule you control.

• ·A minimum pay rate for Primary Teachers of at least M1 (Currently £166.33 per day),
• ·A team with over twenty years' experience in both small, local, and large national education agencies,

The successful Candidate must:

• ·Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• ·Have experience of teaching within the UK,
• ·Be able to set high standards,
• ·Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline,
• ·Plan innovative and creative lessons,
• ·Have the appropriate Education and Training,
• ·Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum,
• ·Maintain necessary assessment of pupils,
• ·Be able to inspire and motivate pupils,
• ·Be adaptable and reliable,
• ·Be a flexible and confident individual.
