Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to participate and collaborate.
• Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Establish clear classroom routines and implement effective behavior management strategies to support a focused learning environment.
• Work closely with fellow teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure each student’s individual needs are met.
• Integrate technology into lessons to enhance the learning experience and prepare students for the future.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your teaching skills and stay up-to-date with educational trends.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methods
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Experience in differentiating lessons to accommodate various learning abilities
• Passionate about creating a dynamic learning environment that fosters student growth and development
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and contributing to the school community
