The Role

This rewarding role involves leading a KS2 MLD class, You will be supported with medium-term planning but will be responsible for lesson preparation tailored to meet the diverse needs of your students.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that inspire and motivate students with MLD.
• Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment that encourages personal and academic growth.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of professionals to ensure every student receives a holistic education.
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to support individual learning goals.

 The school is rated "Outstanding" on Ofsted and stands out for its innovative special education, featuring a diverse curriculum and personalized support for students with moderate to severe learning difficulties.

The desired SEND Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with Special Needs pupils, including designing and delivering tailored lesson plans.
• A passion for fostering progress and development in SEND learners.
• The ability to adapt and collaborate within a dynamic team.
