About the Role

We are currently recruiting for two Primary Teachers to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Hatfield, Hertfordshire from September 2025. These exciting opportunities are available in both Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), and the school encourages applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

Role Requirements

The ideal Primary Teacher candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • Have experience teaching in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the national curriculum and how to deliver it effectively across core subjects
  • Have a clear and consistent approach to behaviour management, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Be skilled at using assessment to inform planning and support pupil progress
  • Show evidence of planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Display excellent communication skills and work well as part of a wider teaching team
  • Be organised, reflective, and proactive in developing their own professional practice
