Tradewind is currently seeking compassionate Teaching Assistants to join one of our esteemed primary schools in West Didsbury. This part-time position as a Teaching Assistant is available to start ASAP and may run for one academic term, with the potential to extend into the next academic year. The daily rate is £84-£90, depending on experience.

About You:
The successful candidate will support the progress of a high-achieving class while collaborating with the class teacher to assist children with additional needs in group settings and one-on-one.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Providing tailored support to pupils with learning challenges
- Preparing teaching materials and organising resources
- Building positive relationships with students, fostering trust and respect
- Collaborating with staff to share best practices and resources
Essential Requirements:
- Strong references highlighting experience in KS1/KS2
- Full employment history
- Legal right to work in the UK
